  S. Reed Warren

  Attorney Reed Warren has been practicing divorce and family law in Goldsboro since 1982 and has been a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Family Law since 1989. Reed was in the first group of North Carolina family law attorneys to become board certified and has been re-certified every five years since his original certification. His expertise in all areas of divorce and family law has enabled him to successfully handle thousands of cases, both contested and uncontested matters. Reed has been recognized by the prestigious attorney rating service of Martindale-Hubbell with an AV Preeminent for the last twenty years, which is the highest possible rating for both legal ability and ethical standards. This rating reflects the confidential opinions of members of the bar and judiciary. Reed has also been consistently included in Best Lawyers in North Carolina and Best Lawyers in America - including 2017. Reed Warren was born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina. He attended Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Virginia, graduated with honors from East Carolina University, and received his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law. He has served as past president of the Wayne County Bar Association and is a member of the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. Reed is a history buff and loves reading, golfing, and traveling.

  Stephen R. Warren II

  P.A.

  Stephen R. Warren II was born and raised in Wayne County, North Carolina. He joined Warren & Warren, P.A. in 2015 and is the son of senior partner, Reed Warren. Stephen is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law. He is an active member of both the Wayne County Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association. He is also a member of the Young Lawyer’s Division as well as the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. Stephen is a musician and also enjoys playing golf, traveling and volunteering. Stephen is proud to be back in Wayne County and is eager to continue the firm’s tradition of serving the community’s legal needs with diligence and care.
